How has SAGE helped with your career development?
SAGE has provided me the opportunity to learn more about the pharmaceutical industry, through exposure to new experiences and different projects. The company has you develop goals for the year, through a Performance Development Plan, which is an opportunity to communicate your goals to the management team and is meant to push you out of your comfort zone. SAGE selects projects to match your goals and skill sets to help you progress in your career.
What advice do you have for prospective candidates considering SAGE?
Be open and flexible to new opportunities and experiences. SAGE works on many projects at different stages of the project’s life cycle. Sometimes the direction of a project may change, and it is important to be adaptable and not get too flustered.
What has your experience been with SAGE’s culture?
It has been great! The environment at SAGE is welcoming and supportive. The company invests a great deal into nurturing the company culture. SAGE actively supports employee development and prioritizes work life balance. I am glad to be part of the team!
