How has SAGE helped with your career development?

The multiple industries SAGE specializes in provides me with the opportunity to both apply my previous experience from the pharmaceutical industry and expand my knowledge base through the variety of clients and companies SAGE services. This has allowed me to further develop my presentation and communication skills to both colleagues and clients, as well as broaden my expertise beyond pharmaceutical manufacturing.

What advice do you have for prospective candidates considering SAGE?

My advice for prospective candidates considering SAGE is to be adaptable and to be confident in your skillset. As a consultant, you will work on a variety of projects and use your technical and soft skills in different roles. This is an amazing opportunity to learn, collaborate, and problem solve with technical experts from both SAGE and client teams.

What has your experience been with SAGE’s culture?

SAGE has a strong culture of ensuring employees have a good work life balance. By emphasizing the importance of team building and team interactions, SAGE provides the necessary support for employees to disconnect. I’m excited to continue to grow with SAGE both personally and professionally.
